Torre Bianca

A mixed-use tower anchoring a new urban district in Turin's former industrial zone. The masterplan integrates office, retail, and residential uses within a single landmark structure.

Torre Bianca is the centrepiece of a broader regeneration strategy for a 12-hectare former industrial site in Turin. The 22-storey tower establishes a new skyline presence while the surrounding masterplan creates a network of public spaces, cycling infrastructure, and ground-floor activation. The project was developed in close collaboration with the municipal authority and local communities, resulting in a phased delivery strategy that prioritised public realm improvements in the first phase.
